What a joy it was working on the Honey Trap of Gotham – Poison Ivy <3 I’m happy with how her body type is different from Harley and captures the feel of her expression as well.  I also enjoyed working on Frank, the plant head 😛 Such a good suggestion from our Patreon member Larry. I’m really glad our Patreon members are active in giving feedback and letting me know where it’s going well and where to improve. I really appreciate you all! Our Discord private group is thriving and it’s all because you all. Thanks for keeping me motivated and encouraging me along the way. I’ve also recently started streaming on Twitch and ya’ll helped me get to unlocking Affliate from sculpt streaming 🙂 Thank you so much! This month, the sculpting tier opened up and I’m so glad to be able to share you with what I know with sculpting and help guide you all in your sculpting journeys. 

Now, the love of Bruce Wayne, the ever sneaky, and cunning… Selina Kyle! Oof, I’m excited about her <3 Gjorne has done a beautiful job with the concept. I’ll be making a new post for her 🙂 It’s the final month of our 3-month diorama!

What shall we do next? <3 I learned so much in making our first diorama that I would love to make another. With everything I’ve learned in making this diorama, I believe I can make an even better one next. For Oct/Nov/Dec perhaps? Let’s discuss in Discord!

Harley was such a good success! Now it’s time for part 2 of our 3-month diorama series… The honey trap of Gotham (well put Aeternyx!)… STEAMPUNK POISON IVY!

The biggest challenge here would be making sure both Ivy and her integrates well with Harley. I’m gonna first do some blockouts of the base and a quick rough pose of Ivy in the next day or two and put up shots on our Discord server. Once we have the base well integrated with a desired pose I can work much easier from there. I’m excited to challenge myself with making the most sexiest sultry woman of the greeeeeen. This is going to be fun!

Phew! Red Sonja has been marked and sent to everyone. She was definitely a beauty to make. The whole time making her I’ve been reading up on Gail Simone’s omnibus and man what a badass she is. I’m glad I was able to capture the essence of the infamous she-devil. Her pose was quite difficult though. Trying to balance her on the horse yet make her feel like she’s in control, and also not make it look like she’s falling off, that took some iterations. I’m so glad for our Discord server and for you guys giving your feedback and patience 😀 You guys really help a lot. Thank you!! Perhaps one day I can revisit her. I feel like I have just touched the iceberg of how amazing she should be sculpted. At the moment, I’m really glad on how she turned out. I’m excited to see your prints! Good day to all! Hope you are doing alright esp with everything that’s going on. Here’s the initial planning sheet for our Red Sonja. I’ve been reading Gail Simone’s run on her and actually really enjoying it. I’m thankful for you all here because I get to read up characters I haven’t indulged in before. She’s really such a badass hahaha i love her. A stubborn badass warrior haha I really wanna do her with her horse from the omnibus I was reading like in this picture. I remember taking up an online class on creature and animal anatomy and this would take me back brush on my animal anatomy. I’m pretty thrilled to make this I was 50/50 with either doing her on a horse or battling a snake but there’s soooo many red sonja’s either battle a snake or killed a snake. I guess I wanted ours to be different.

The base will be the same with the original image with standing pikes, weapons, and flags. Perhaps skulls on the ground too, I’m not too sure.   She’ll come with 4 weapon variations for her right hand – battle axe, large battle axe. comics sword, and classic movie sword.  For her anatomy, I’m pretty much keeping in the way she is in the illustration with references from JennaLyn Meowri. Basically a tall, muscular (but not she-hulk muscular), and yet still sexy. For the face I’ll loosely base it off the beautiful Katheryn Winnick.  I hope you all will like this

Greetings Heroes and Villains alike! I’m excited to introduce our FIRST MODULAR DIORAMA – STEAMPUNK GOTHAM CITY SIRENS!

Each month we’ll dive deep into the industrial steampunk realm and at the end of the month, one of our beauties attached to a modular piece resurfaces our of the smoke. Our concept artist Gjorne has already started with the concepts. Thank you for your participation and votes in our Discord server 😀 It’s been really helpful in the creative process. Our first beauty I’ll get started with this July is… the playful, smart, pathological psychologist Harley Quinn! (side note: have you seen the animated series in DC Universe? Hilarious!) So we got Gjorne to whip up some amazing costume design and after some back and forth with me and our server, I’m really glad with what he came up with. I’ll be making her and her throne this July. The planning for the modular piece is gonna be challenging but definitely worth it.  

Poison Ivy will be next, and Catwoman to follow after that 😀 To get all three modular parts, you’ll need to be a patron for the next three months 🙂 

I’m so so so excited for us to go through this together. A diorama with a theme not tapped into, with the sexiest and iconic trio that has entered comics. Harley, dear, let’s have some fun.

Harley was such a joy to make. She’s actually one of my favorite DC characters of all time. I’ve always loved her design, character, and persona. She was even the first statue I ever bought. It was the Batman: Arkham Asylum one by DC Collectibles and it’s still one of my favorites. 

I had a good time getting her face as sexy as possible while following Artgerms face reference and a bit of Natalie Dormer here and there. I’m thankful for all the feedback in our Discord server and for Tacomarocker for a good detailed feedback with drawovers. I feel like the face really improved because of it. The pose was really difficult to make too. I wanted to portray a sense of pride but with sex appeal as well. Thank you for all feedback on stream and in our server 😀 Tiwaz, steverodgers, syblake, aeternyx, charlie boy, and others, thank you for helping with that! And for everyone that’s taking the time in our Discord server as well, I’m so thankful for being in a community with you all! You keep me inspired, encouraged, and motivated. 

I’m really happy with how she turned out. I’m also glad to be making a diorama to put together a beautiful piece. At the moment, I’m focusing on the backdrop that’s interacting with our ladies but it’s definitely in the schedule to make the clock tower and castle-y bits as well. I’m really excited to see how all 3 of our sirens will look together!

Btw, There’s a course of XMD Academy I’m thinking of taking. It’s about cutting and keying models. Hopefully if our number of Patreons move up to 80 this month, I’ll be able to buy it <3 Let’s hope!

It’s the end of my first Harley sculpt <3 Definitely will not be my last! Thank you again everyone for your support. I really, really, really appreciate it. I won’t be able to be doing this without you all. That’s a fact. So really, THANK YOU! I’m enjoying every moment of it with you all.

 Here’s ANOTHER FREEBIE for birth month a few hours past the official day but here’s a new bust for “May the 4th be with you” DARTH MAUL BUST! I grew up with the prequels and thought this guy was seriously a badass for being able to fight 2 jedi’s at the same time and for him to break through the sith silence and shock qui gon jinn with the reappearance of the Sith. Only years later to realise the prequels arent that great but this guy still stands out in the clone wars and showing up in SOLO. Super happy to make this guy  hope you like it!

As mentioned on our Discord server, we’re going to have our first diorama! We will continue having out monthly model and then also have 1 diorama for the next 2 or more months. The diorama will have its own thread for suggestions here and in Discord. I personally like Discord because of the ease to add photos.

Basically when I start making it, you need to pledge for the next 2 months or more to get it, depending on the complexity of the winning diorama vote. So new patrons will need to be a member for the same amount of time before availing it as their “free previous model” benefit. Feel free to comment your votes here.  Deadline for suggestions will be on May 15, deadline for the votes will be at the end of May. and I’ll start making it in June.
